What's excluded
Per SafetyWing's own policy summary, Essential does not cover pre-existing conditions, maternity care, or cancer treatment. Home country coverage is limited — commonly cited as 30 days for every 90 days spent abroad (15 days for US residents), though you should confirm the current figure on SafetyWing's site.
